New Life Worship Center is an outstanding example of the New Testament principle of " Lay Ministry". There is one full time Senior Pastor and a part time Secretary on paid staff.
The rest of the leadership, responsible for leading various ministries---are unpaid lay people.
All of the major ministries of the church are led by lay people. This is the "model" of the New Testament church that scripture describes in Ephesians 4:13 . Scriptures says, one of the major roles of the Pastor/Shepherd/Teacher/Administrator---is to "prepare or equip God's people for works of ministry or service, so that the body of Christ may be built up"
It is a major part of the Vision of New Life Worship Center, to equip people for ministry in
God's work.
This has been one of the outstanding features of New Life Worship Center.
While growth will eventually necessitate additional Pastoral Staff in the future-----this strategic principle in God's Word, will continue to be a major part of the Vision of New Life
