Pastor Bob and Rachelle began pastoring New Life Worship Center on January 1st, 2012. They are excited to be a part of what God is doing in Rochester, MN. Feel free to send Pastor Bob or Rachelle a message or come meet them in person at New Life! They have 2 boys. Robert is 6 and is in 1st Grade at Harriet Bishop Elementary School. Payton is 3 and enjoys hanging out at church with Mom and Dad.

Pastor Bob Bernard – Senior Pastor He is a graduate of North Central University and is currently attending Bethel Seminary to obtain a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Bob is an avid golfer, loves music, loves to read and prepare sermons…and enjoys watching ESPN. Pastor Bob grew up as a Pastor’s kid and loved the Lord. In college, he rededicated his life to Christ and decided to follow the call to ministry that God placed on his life. He would love to tell you his story someday.

Rachelle Bernard is the Worship Leader and Executive Pastor at NLWC. She is a graduate of North Central University. Rachelle loves to teach piano and voice lessons as well as travel to childcare centers teaching music lessons. She is a clean freak, loves to cook, and will never turn down a good shopping trip. Rachelle also grew up as a Pastor’s kid and knew she had a call to ministry on her life from a very young age. She met and fell in love with Bob in college and they got married in 2003. She loves having little boys but secretly hopes for a little girl someday. Rachelle is a songwriter and is currently working on a recording project which has been a dream of hers for many years.
